2. After the equipment is checked and accepted, the quality of the whole machine is guaranteed for one year. If there is a quality problem with the parts of the system during the warranty period, our company's service engineer will provide telephone or on-site service at any time. After-sales service response time: effective 2 hours after receiving the feedback, telephone communication to solve, telephone communication can not be solved within 12 hours of 500 kilometers, within 24 hours of 1000 kilometers, and within 36 hours of 1000 kilometers and above.
3. During the warranty period of the equipment, our company is responsible for free replacement of parts and services for any damage caused by the quality of the equipment itself, except for regular consumables and user violations of operating responsibility accidents.
4. Our company provides life-long maintenance services for the products provided, and provides equipment-related daily consultation and guidance at any time. After the warranty period, our company still provides extensive and preferential technical support and spare parts supply for the buyer.
5. After the equipment leaves the factory, our company will establish a "User Profile Card" to track and record the relevant information of the user using the equipment. After the equipment maintenance service is completed, our company will report the cause of the failure, remedial measures, the time and date of the completion of the repair and normalization to the buyer, and the report is in duplicate for future reference.
6. Our company reserves sufficient spare parts and accessories, and can provide technical services and spare parts services to the buyer in time to meet the needs of equipment maintenance.
7. Our company regularly arranges project engineers to the user site for free technical return visit services.
